What products does Phlump offer?
Phlump offers a growing range of handmade marshmallows, Phluff spread and luxury hot chocolate. We are always experimenting with new flavours and seasonal specials, so keep an eye on our latest releases.
Ordering & Delivery
Orders can be placed directly through our website using a secure checkout. We currently deliver throughout the UK and accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Stock Availability
As everything is handmade in small batches, products may occasionally be available on backorder.
- In Stock – Usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Available On Backorder – Made to order and usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.
- Out Of Stock – Temporarily unavailable.
If your order contains both in-stock and backorder items, everything will be shipped together once ready.
Shelf Life & Storage
Our marshmallows are made in small batches without artificial preservatives and typically have a shelf life of around 4 weeks.
We always aim for products to arrive with at least 3 weeks remaining before their best-before date. Many customers also love using slightly firmer marshmallows for toasting or adding to hot chocolate.

If your order is for a birthday, event or special occasion, please leave a note during checkout. We will always do our best to help where possible.
Delivery Address Information
