The Questions We Get Asked The Most
Here at Phlump we offer a wide selection of flavoured marshmallows, Phluff spread, and even hot chocolate! We are constantly working hard to come up with new mallow flavours for you all to tick off those sweet cravings.
You can place an order here on our website. Simply by adding your products of choice and proceeding to the checkout page. But, if you would rather check out our options in-store, you can view our stockists page here on the website!
We make our products in small batches. On each product page you’ll see one of these stock statuses:
IN STOCK
Ready to post — usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
AVAILABLE ON BACKORDER
Made to order — added to our making list before posting. Please allow 2–5 working days before dispatch.
OUT OF STOCK
Temporarily unavailable — it won’t be possible to add it to your basket.
Shipping together (important):
If your order contains both in-stock and backorder items, we’ll ship everything together once all items are ready.
If you’d like in-stock items sent sooner, we can split the shipment for an additional postage charge — just contact us after ordering.
Got a specific date in mind?
If your order is for a particular date (a gift, event, or celebration), please let us know in the order notes at checkout.
We’ll always do our best to help, but as everything is made in small batches, we can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date unless we’re aware of it in advance.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout.
Orders are dispatched using the address provided when the order is placed. While we’ll always try to help where possible, address change requests sent after ordering may not be seen in time, especially during busy periods.
Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for items delivered to an incorrect address.
At the moment, we currently only ship throughout the UK. We are hoping one day we can change this, and be able to offer our delicious products worldwide to everyone.
We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment details will be provided during the checkout process on our website.
Our marshmallows are made in small batches with no artificial preservatives.
Shelf life is typically around 4 weeks. We always aim for orders to arrive with a minimum of 3 weeks before the best-before date.
After the best-before date, marshmallows are still perfectly safe to eat for around an additional 2 weeks. They may just become slightly firmer around the edges.
Many customers actually love them this way — they’re brilliant for toasting or melting into hot chocolate.
We love chatting marshmallows — but we don’t do abuse.
